Upon receipt of the parcel, it is necessary to check the condition of the packaging, as well as unpack the parcel and check its contents for completeness and absence of damage on the DAY OF DELIVERY. It is imperative to record the damage using a photo. If there is damage to the contents or any elements of the parcel are missing, it is necessary to contact the carrier no later than the next day after receiving the parcel and request that a report on damage (loss) of the parcel be drawn up.
